1 can Whole Corn, drained
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Red Onion, chopped
¼ c. Cilantro, chopped

Dressing:
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. White Sugar
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
1½ teas. Lime Juice
¼ teas. Cumin
¼ teas. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, beans, tomatoes, onion and cilantro together.
Mix all dressing ingredients together and pour over corn and bean mixture.
Let marinate overnight.
