2 pounds potatoes
1/3 cup ranch dressing
5 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the potatoes into 1/4" slices. After slicing, rinse in water quickly and pat dry.

Butter the foil. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onions, 3/4 of the ranch dressing, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix well, and place potato mixture in the middle of the foil.

Top the potatoes with bacon and cheddar. Seal in the foil. Grill the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, with lid closed, flipping once through the process, 3/4 of the way through.

Remove from the grill after cooking time is up, and let sit for 5 minutes. Upon serving, spoon remaining ranch dressing on top of the potatoes and garnish with parsley.

(You could also cook these in the oven. Cook at 425º for 30 to 35 minutes.)
