2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup whipping cream
Bananas
Vanilla Wafers
1 can condensed milk

THIS MAKES 1 BATCH. I USUALLY MAKE A TRIPLE BATCH

Mix first 5 ingredients over low heat until thick (add a little more cornstarch if you need to)
After you take it off the fire, I usually beat it with electric mixer to make it smooth.
Add condensed milk and mix.

Layer sliced bananas and vanilla waters in bowl. Pour pudding mix over it.
