12 oz. milk chocolate
½ lb. unsalted butter, room temperature

Melt milk chocolate over double boiler. Let unsalted butter sit at room temperature to soften. Add the liquid milk chocolate that is about 30ºC or 86ºF and mix with a whisk or chocolate will solidify and the filling will become chunky. Fill a pastry bag and design shapes to your desire on wax paper. Put in cooler for ½ hour, so the filling will harden.
