2 large eggs
3 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons of cocoa
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla exstract
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, separate eggs. Beat yolks. Add flour, cocoa and sugar. Add a little milk and stir.

Add rest of milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla and butter and fold into pudding.
