2 - deep dish 9' pie crust: bake for 10 minutes at 350º.

LAYER IN COOL CRUST:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper ( or red, yellow or orange)
1 cup chopped ham or bacon (whatever meat you like)

IN BOWL BEAT UNTIL FROTHY:

8 eggs

1 large can evaporated milk

2 tbsp flour

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp mustard powder

2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
pour over the top of the vegetables and meat already in the crust.

top with 1 cup grated cheese.

bake for 40 minutes in 350º oven until golden brown.

cool for a few minutes before cutting into wedges.
