1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Mill all three ingredients together in a bowl. Then roll into one inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down with the back of a fork and then press again from the opposite direction to form a criss-cross pattern on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool 1-2 minutes before removing.
