½ cup small pearl tapioca
3 cups milk
¼ tsp. salt
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tapioca in milk with salt. Slowly add sugar. Temper eggs with hot tapioca. Return eggs to pan with tapioca. Cool. Stir in vanilla.
