2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder

Sauce (I double the sauce ingredients when serving from crockpot)

1/2 tsp (or more) garlic powder
2 Tbsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients (get in there with your hands) and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray in a single layer.

Mix all sauce ingredients and spoon over meatballs. Reserve extra sauce.

Bake meatballs at 350* for approximately 40 minutes. Watch closely and do not over cook. If desired, after baking put meatballs into crock pot and pour extra sauce over them. Can be served as an appetizer or over rice as an entree.
