2 servings cooking spray (butter flavor)

1 tsp. butter

1 small onion chopped

2 cups mushrooms sliced

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. thyme crushed

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup canned chicken broth

3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

2 tbspns. flour

1/2 cup ff(fatfree) evaporated milk divided

4 rolls reduced fat crescent rolls (unrolled)

preheat oven to 375º

spray 10 inch round pan w/spray. coat large pot w/cooking spray. add butter and melt over medium heat. add onion, mushrooms & cook until tender. stir frequently.

stir in paprika, thyme and salt & pepper.

add vegs, broth and chicken.

cover and simmer 15 minutes.

in small cup combine flour and 1/4 cup evaporated milk. stir into chicken mixture. cook over medium heat until thick. stir constantly.

stir in remaining 1/4 cup evaporated milk and cook until slightly thickened.

spoon mixture into baking dish. unroll rolls and arrange around inside edge of baking dish to form a border. (will be a hole in the middle).

bake until rolls are golden brown and filling is bubbly. about 15 minutes.
