5 zucchini, shaved into ribbons with a vegetable peeler discard the cores
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
6 oz blackberries
1/4 c olive oil
4 tsp honey
4 tsp lemon juice
1 red Fresno chile (half chopped and half sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss zucchini ribbons with salt in a colander and let drain about 30 mins
2. Smash blackberries in a large bowl; stir in olive oil, honey, lemon zest, and chile. Season with salt
3. Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini and add to the berry mixture; toss.
4. Transfer to a platter and top with chopped chives
