1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, water wrung out
½ c. minced onion
2 c. crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large enough bowl combine onions, stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, garlic powder,
black pepper. Then add spinach. Then add melted butter and eggs. Rest a bit. Shape
into walnut-sized balls or patties (easier for home as side dish or for dipping in a sauce)
and place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through and browned, turning once
browned on bottom. Cook less time if they will be refrigerated and reheated before
serving.
