1 1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour,
cocoa, salt and baking soda. Gradually add to egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool 1 minute
before removing to a wire rack. Makes 4 dozen.
