Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen tater tots
2 cups cheddar or colby jack cheese, shredded
salt, pepper, cayenne to taste

Preheat oven at 350.

Cook hamburger and onion. Drain. Place in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper and cayenne. Spread over ground beef.
Pour frozen peas over soup mixture.
Place cheese over peas.
Line up tater tots to cover entire top of casserole.

Bake for about 45 minutes until browned, hot and bubbly.
