3/4 pound lean ground beef
3/4 pound lean ground pork
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup of day old Italian bread that has been cut into small cubes
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In a large bowl, soak bread in milk. Let sit 5 minutes. Add into the bowl all other ingredients except for oil and tomato paste. Mix until just incorporated. On a parchment lined baking tray, form 6 individual equally sized meatloaves. Cook loaves for 15 minutes. Mix tomato paste and oil together. Remove loaves from oven and brush with paste. Place meatloafs back and cook another 25 minutes. Serve.
