1 can apple pie filling, mashed
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. self-rising flour
1 T. cinnamon
1 medium chopped apple
1 tsp. allspice
4 T. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Crasins (optional)

Topping:

4 T. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 335º. Whisk all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Fold in apples, nuts and Crasins.. Pour in two loaf pans lined on bottom with parchment paper. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until tester comes out clean in center.
