Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders(I use tenders)
Flour
Eggs
Progress Italian Bread Crumbs
Butter
Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge Chicken in flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs
Melt butter in large fry pan
Sauté chicken just until very lightly brown
If desired you can freeze at this point and cook at a later date
Grease baking sheet with butter, then layer chicken pieces.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350º
Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
If you are using big chicken breasts, you may need to bake longer( Another 10 minutes or so
