2 boxes pound cake mix
2 ½ c. walnuts, divided
¼ c. rum extract
For glaze:
½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
¼ c. water
½ c. dark rum or extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the boxes of pound cake mix, 2 c. of the walnuts, ¼ c. rum extract. Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sprinkle ½ c. nuts over the bottom of the pan. Pour the cake batter over the nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool. Prick the top of the cake and pour glaze over it.
Glaze recipe:
Melt the ½ c. butter in saucepan. Stir in the water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes,stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in rum. Spoon glaze over top of cake.
