1½ c. sugar
½ c. melted butter
1 T. vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed pinto beans
1 unbaked pie shell
¾ c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle ¾ c. pecans on top. Bake at 350º until firm. “Tastes like pecan pie”
