4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons hoison sauce
2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
8 ounces cooked and shredded chicken. Use store rotisserie chicken for ease of use
9 ounces packaged prepared broccoli slaw
1 small head of bib lettuce
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cups cashews, chopped

Directions:

Place soy sauce, hoison sauce, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, garlic and ginger into a stock pot. Bring to low boil over medium heat. Once it comes to boil, then heat off. Add chicken and slaw. Cover and set aside. Prepare lettuce leaves by placing on a platter. You need 12 untorn pieces. Divide chicken mixture evenly amongst lettuce. Sprinkle onion and nuts over each portion.

This recipe I created after having this at a restaurant for an appetizer. It was so good, then next day I started to create my version. Using batter slaw and rotisserie chicken makes it so convenient.
