24 oz pkg mushrooms
8 oz crab meat imitation, flakes or chunks
8 pkg cream cheese softened
1 tbs beef base or 1bullion cube
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
3 tbs onion – finely chopped
1 tbs parsley chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Dash tabasco or hot sauce

Topping:
6 -8 swiss cheese slices or shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cap mushrooms and place caps in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine all ingredients together and fill mushrooms or spoon over mushrooms.
Top with swiss or mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan

Bake 400º until cheese is melted and filling is bubbling approximately 30 minutes
