Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 oz ground turkey
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the onion, celery and mushrooms in a little bit of oil or butter. Remove from pan and add ground turkey along with the sausage to pan, brown and drain well. Mix sauteed vegetables, meat and mushrooms and place in a greased 10-inch pie plate. Do not use a smaller pie plate or it will overflow. If you don't have that size, use an 8x8" or 11x7" baking dish. Mix in the cheese. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat mixture. Bake at 350º 35-40 minutes until set in the center and nicely browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
I don't use the mushrooms because I am not a fan, but you can feel free! If you cut this into 6 slices it is only 4 carbs per slice so it works well for a low carb diet. It really has the flavor of stuffing
