2 tbsp olive oil, divided
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
2 lbs cod fillets, cut into long strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Brush a non-stick baking sheet with olive oil.
3. Combine salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
4. Drizzle fish pieces with remaining oil and sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
5. Place fish sticks on oiled baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
