1½ lbs ground turkey
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
½ red onion, diced (½ cup)
1½ tsp ground cumin
2 large eggs
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp raw honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven on to 400ºF.
2. Combine all ingredients with your hands.
3. Form mixture into a loaf pan. (Can be made ahead, covered, and stored in refrigerator).
4. Bake about 45 minutes until firm but moist. Internal temperature should be 165ºF.
