Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1½ lbs beef sirloin steak (remove fat, slice against the grain, 1" slices)
3 tbsp grapeseed oil, divided
2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
1 head broccoli, small florets (4 cups)
1 tbsp raw coconut aminos
½ cup low sodium chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season steak strips with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil in a wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil shimmers, add steak slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Brown the steak, but don't cook through. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
3. Add the remaining oil and scrape the pan to release any flavorful bits. Add garlic, making sure to stir around to avoid burning. After 30 seconds, when the aroma of garlic is apparent, add broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the steak back to the pan and stir fry for a minute until cooked through.
5. Add broth and coconut aminos and stir fry for 1-2 minutes to coat the broccoli and beef with sauce.
