6 large bell peppers (green, yellow, red, orange, or a mix)
10 large jalapeno peppers
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 box pectin
1 tsp butter
5 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place all peppers in a blender or food processor and puree.
Place 4 cups of pepper mixture in a 6 or 8-quart saucepan with vinegar and lemon juice.
Stir in pectin and butter. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil that does not stop bubbling when stirred.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in sugar. Place back over heat and return to a boil; boil for 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
Pour into prepared jars and let cool to seal.
