4-6oz of dry spaghetti, broken in half
2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 large onion, diced
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup dry white wine
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp paprkia
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp adobo seasoning
1 cup leftover shredded chicken
1 bay leaf

Directions:

Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, heat olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and spices. Salute for 5-6 minutes, until onions are soft. Add wine, and reduce by half. Add tomato sauce and shredded chicken, heat through. Add spaghetti, toss to coat and serve hot.
