6 large eggs, hard boiled. Peeled, cut lengthwise
4 tablespoons cottage cheese drained of excess liquid
2 teaspoon Brown mustard
2 teaspoon sour cream
2 teaspoon freshly chopped chives
8 ounces honey ham, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup plain bread crumbs
4 tablespoons melted butter

Have eggs cut and ready to the side. Add all ingredients except for bread crumbs and melted butter into food processor. Pulse until you achieve a well mixed consistency. In a small bowl mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Heat up your ovens broiler. Assemble eggs by lining baking tray with the 12 egg halves. Mound each egg with a portion of meat filling. With hand press it firmly to pack it on. Press a small amount of bread crumb mixture on top of meat mixture. Broil until tips are just golden.

This is Poland's version of deviled eggs. I think it's much better. But I'm being partial to my heritage😉 Set these out and company will devour them. Really simple to make.
