1¼ cup sifted all-purpose flour
½ t. salt
½ cup shortening
2½ T. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Cut in flour, salt and shortening with your hands or use a pastry blender, Work until mixture resembles coarse meal
Add water and form into a ball. Roll out on floured board. Place in pie pan and crimp edges. Bake .
