1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
3 Cups Sugar or (2 Cups Sugar Free Substitute plus 1 Cup of Regular Sugar)
5 Eggs, well beaten
3 Cups All -purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Run Extract
1 Teaspoon Coconut Flavoring
1 Teaspoon Butter Flavor
1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
For the cake, cream butter shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs that been beaten until lemon colored. Combine flour with baking powder and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in extracts and flavors. Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done. Add glaze, if desired. Cool in pan about 10 minutes before turning out.

If using Sugar Free Substitute, bake on 300 degrees.


Glaze: Combine 1 Cup sugar, 1/2 Cup Water and 1 Teaspoon each of flavors and extracts in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir until sugar is melted. Pour over hot cake in pan.
