2 c. canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2/3 c. tahini paste
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic (peeled)
water
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Throw all ingredients into a food processor and grind.
If the mix is too thick, add a little water.
