4 cans Freshlike sliced Red Beets, drained. Reserve the juice.
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar (apple cider)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
juice from 1 1/2 cans beets

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced beets in a glass container.
Heat 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vinegar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. mustard seed, juice from 1 1/2 cans beets until
it's hot.
Pour over beets and refrigerate.
