1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 3-oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 c milk
1 9-oz container Cool Whip
nuts and coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using reserved pineapple juice plus water for the liquid called for in the directions. Back at 350ºF for about 35 minutes in a greased, floured 9in x 13in pan. Cool in pan, set aside. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, pudding mix, and milk until smooth. Fold in drained pineapple and spread over top of the cake. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Keep refrigerated.
