One package Hillshire Farm Little Smokies
One package Jiffy corn muffin mix
2/3 cup flour
One egg, beaten
1 cup milk
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil to 375°. Drain off liquid from Smokies and insert wooden toothpick into tip of each sausage. Combine muffin mix, flour, eggs and milk until well combined. Working quickly, dip 4 to 5 Smokies in batter. Fry them in oil 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown and cooked in center. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining sausage
