2 Lbs. Lean Hamburger
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Box frozen Spinach/thawed or fresh spinach
Lots of fresh mushrooms
Small can chopped black olives
Crushed red pepper to taste
Chopped garlic to taste
Sweet basil to taste
Any Italian spices to taste
One can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with any kind of tomato sauces/paste to desired thickness-not runny
At least 2 small cans of tomato paste
Pour over any pasta
