2 tasses de sauce Alfredo
1 tasse de mélange de légumes surgelés (carottes, pois, oignons)
2 boîtes de thon égouttées
2 tasses de riz non cuit
1 1/2 tasse de Cheddar râpé

Préchauffer le four à 375 °F. Dans une grande poêle, porter à ébullition la sauce Alfredo à feu moyen. Incorporer les légumes et le lait. Cuire de 4 à 5 minutes. Incorporer le thon et le riz cuit. Beurrer un plat de cuisson et y transférer la préparation. Parsemer de cheddar. Cuire au four de 25 à 30 minutes.
