3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese divided
2 c. zucchini shredded
½ c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. lemon zest
1 c. walnuts
1 c. blueberries if desired
½ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients set aside
Beat sugar, eggs, 4 oz cream cheese, butter, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and ¼ c. lemon juice until fluffy
Stir in flour mixture
Stir in Zucchini, nuts, and blueberries (if desired)
Bake in bunt pan for 40 min @ 350º or until tooth-pic comes out clean

Beat together:
Cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, & 1 tsp lemon zest

Cool frost with: cream cheese mixture
