1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups orange slice candy, chopped
2 cups quick oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix. Shape into small balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 10-12 minutes.
