2¼ teas. Quick Rising Yeast
1 c. warm Milk
¼ c. Sugar
¼ c. Butter, melted
½ teas. Salt
1 Egg, beaten
3- 3½ c. Bread Flour
Egg Wash ( 1 egg + 1 teas. water
Seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix yeast mixture with remaining ingredients and knead 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide in half and place in greased bread pans.
Brush with egg wash and add seeds on top, if desired.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
