1½ c. Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
2½ teas. Quick Rise Yeast
½ teas. Salt
1 c. Water
2 tbsp. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and oil (120 º)
Combine dry ingredients and add to water.
Mix just until blended...don’t continue to mix or dough will be tough.
Let rise for 10 minutes.
Roll out and brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and other seasonings of choice.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.
