1/2 c. à thé sel
1/8 c. à thé poivre
1/8 c. à thé sel d'ail ou poudre d'ail
2 c. à soupe sucre
2 c. à soupe ciboulette
Côtes levées de porc

Faire bouillir les côtes levées 20 minutes et bien égoutter. Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients de la sauce. Bien enrober les côtes levées de sauce. Laisser mijoter à la mijoteuse au moins 8h (LOW)
