6 thin slices of deli ham
1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
2 tbls mild salsa
6 canned pineapple slices
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt free seasoning blend


Directions:
Directions:

Line six greased 8 oz ramekins with ham (i usually use extra ham)

Layer with cheese, salsa, and pineapple

Crack an egg into center of each cup, sprinkle with seasoning blend

Place ramekins on baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 25 min or until egg is set
