3 cups loose packed, frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
1/3 cup butter,melted
6 ounces diced ham
4 oz swiss cheese ( shredded, 1 cup)
4 oz shredded hot pepper cheese
1/2 cup light cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp seasoned salt


Directions:

Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate to form a crust.

Drizzle melted butter over crust. Bake at 425 for 25 min. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350.

Toss together the ham and cheese and place in crust. Beat crem with eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over ham and cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 foor 25-30 min, or untill clean with a knife. Let stand 10 min before serving
