1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup Kirin
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 large parsnips, peeled and dough chop
3 1/2" chunks peeled, fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic

Take all ingredients and place into food processor or blender. Pulse several times until smooth texture. Taste your dressing. Add any ingredient you deem necessary. You end up with a fresh ginger flavor with the other ingredients acting as background notes. You can use carrots instead of parsnips.

Fresh flavor. Brights notes. You can also use this as a marinade for fish or chicken. Store extra in air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dressing is a bit on the thicker side.
