9 Catfish Filets
Mustard
Louisiana Fish Fry (Blue Bag)
2 Boxes of Zatarans Dirty Rice
1 lb. Ground Chuck (80/20 or 90/10) You don't want too much fat in it.
1 lb. Italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Spray white pot with olive oil.

Turn on Foodi. Select saute.

Saute hamburger and italian sausage until almost done. (1 lb each)

Add 2 boxes of Zatarans Dirty Rice to hamburger and sausage mixture.

Add 4 cups of water.

Stir.

Put on pressure lid.

Set pressure cooker for 4 minutes. Press start.

Natural Release (NR) 10 minutes. Then quick release (QR).

Remove dirty rice to a serving bowl. Wipe out white pot with paper towel.

THEN...

Slather mustard on catfish.

Pour Zatarans Fish Fry in plastic bag.

Drop catfish in bag and shake to coat.

Spray crisper basket with oil then place catfish in basket. (3 at a time)

SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL.

Air Crisp on 400 for 16 minutes, turning over at 8 minutes. SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL.

If desired, sprinkle with a little garlic powder.

Make tartar sauce for the catfish, a side salad, and Enjoy!!!!
