Bananas
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
3 T. flour
½ cup sugar
¼ t. salt
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
1 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and cream. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add to milk and cream. Cook until smooth plus 15 minutes. Add small amount of mixture to beaten egg yolks. Add yolk mixture. Cook about 3 more minutes. Cool. Add vanilla. Line cooked pie shell with sliced bananas. Pour pudding over bananas. Top with whipped cream. Decorate with bananas if you want.
