1 1/2 pounds of hamburger (80-20)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Roll hamburger into about 2 inch meatballs. Mix cream of mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix and water together. Pour soup mixture over top of meatballs in casserole dish. Cook at 375° for about 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F turning Once halfway through. (If using 70-30 hamburger skim off the fat before serving).
