5 cups sugar
3 sticks butter
1 large can evaporated milk
12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
6 squares unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil. Boil 8 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased pan. Cool and cut in squares. Makes 5 lbs.

This fudge is delicious! Very smooth and creamy. My childhood friend, Kay (Radford) Salmon’s mother, Rozelle, used to make this fudge and I always loved it.
