1/4 tasse (65 ml) beurre
2 c.à soupe (30 ml) huile
4 gousses ail
2 tasses (500 ml) oignons
1 tasse (250 ml) piments
1/2 lb (225 g) boeuf haché
1/2 lb (225 g) porc haché
1/2 lb (225 g) veau haché
1 conserve (28 oz; 796 ml) de tomates
1 conserve (5 1/2 oz; 156 ml) de pâte de tomates
4 c.à soupe (60 ml) ketchup
6 c.à soupe (90 ml) sauce chili
4 c.à soupe (60 ml) sauce HP
4 c.à soupe (60 ml) sauce Heinz 57
1 c.à soupe (15 ml) sauce Worcestershire
1 c.à soupe (15 ml) sauce soya
Quelques gouttes Tabasco
Sel et poivre
2 c.à thé (10 ml) persil séché
1 c.à thé (5 ml) thym
3 feuilles de laurier
1 c.à thé (5 ml) sauge
1 c.à thé (5 ml) marjolaine
1 c.à thé (5 ml) mélange tout-épices

Chauffer l'huile, y faire revenir ails, oignons et piments. Ajouter la viande, bien mêler. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients et laisser mijoter dans la mijoteuse de 5 à 6 heures sur LOW.
