4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp sugar or 3 packets sugar substitute
Pinch salt
2/3 C. heavy cream
1/3 C. water
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 C. fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Place butter in a 10-inch tart pan or 9-inch pie pan. Place in oven to melt. Remove from oven
In med. bowl combine 3 Tbsp of flour, sugar and salt. In a small bowl whisk cream, water, eggs and almond extract. Pour in melted butter, leaving enough to coat tart pan. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
Toss blueberries with remaining 1 Tbsp. flour gently fold into batter. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes r until golden and puffy. Serve immediately.

I usually serve some bacon or sausage together with this and personally do not need any extra syrup with it. But there will likely be some that think it needs some extra sweetener.
